Ben was the Creative Director behind this campaign to launch a bespoke fitness regime to target stubborn back fat and get the ultimate 'Barbie Back'. He worked closely with the Shock Absorber team and personal trainer Pierre Pozzuto to launch the programme, which can be downloaded via the Shock Absorber website. He also designed a brochure, which was given to media so they can follow the programme themselves. The brochure itself was printed on 300gsm gloss laminate stock, which held four, double sided A5 programme cards. The campaign has been very successful with media coverage on Daily Mail Online, Express Online and targeted fitness blogs.
